The month of October is dedicated to the Holy Rosary. The Rosary is a prayer that is powerful and dear to our Blessed Mother and extremely special to us. In honor of this, ASD celebrated this month by hosting the Living Rosary. On October 5, the entire school participated in praying together. In the school gym, representatives from kindergarten through eighth grade lead us in prayer. The eighth graders helped us reflect on the Glorious Mysteries throughout the Rosary, the kindergarten students acted as our "cross" and the other students lead us is saying the Hail Mary. It was a prayerful morning for us as a school community and we will continue to keep the month of the Rosary in our minds and hearts during the rest of the month.
